Description/Agenda

Topic: Evaluating SharePoint for Collaboration

Intended Audience: This session is targeted at CIOs, IT business analysts and those charged with making decisions about the effective use of SharePoint within their organisations

Details: Microsoft claims that SharePoint can be used for team collaboration, but when you run the capabilities of SharePoint through an organisational-centric framework for team collaboration, SharePoint passes only one of the 7 areas on its own merits. Does this mean that SharePoint is bad and should be rejected for team collaboration purposes? What are organisations supposed to do?
